The Princess candlestick is in commemoration of Princess Elizabeth (born May 22 1770 died January 10 1840) she was a member of the British Royal Family, the 7th child and 3rd daughter of George III of the United Kingdom.
This lovely heirloom quality candlestick in heavy Silver Plate over solid brass measures 7-1/2" high and the hex base is 3" across the flats. There is a single row hobnail design around the edge of the base. The silver is treated with an anti-tarnish finish to keep it shining, the base is felted to protect fine finishes.
