Made of solid brass with a heavy pewter finish, the pewter is lacquered to maintain a beautiful luster. Measures a lofty 17 inches tall with the glass globe, and 8 1/4 inches without the glass. The 4 3/4 inch base is felted to protect furniture.Weighs 1.5 pounds without the glass, and 2 pounds-3 ounces with the glass.
