Q:How long does it take to ship items once we place our order?

A:We ship all in stock orders within two business days. When possible, we try to ship orders the day after they are placed. Orders which include an expedited shipping upgrade (Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or 3 Day) will ship the next business day. Please note that while next business day shipping is our goal, it is dependent upon the size and complexity of the order, as well as our overall order volume on any given day. If you need to clarify the processing time please call or email us to confirm the shipping speed.

Q:Do you ship internationally?

A:Yes, we are happy to ship outside of the US. We have customers all over the globe. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for all shipping, customs and applicable duty fees on international orders. The most economical way to ship internationally is using the USPS Priority Mail International service. During the checkout process, the different shipping service options and their corresponding costs will be displayed in a drop down menu so that you can choose your preferred service level. International shipping generally takes the USPS 6 to 10 business days, but that also depends on customs, as well as your local postal service.

How long does Fedex ground shipping generally take?

A:
Since all orders are normally sent out within 1 to 2 days after the order is placed, we ask that you please allow 5-7 business days. This does not include holidays or weekends because Fedex does not deliver on these days. We also offer upgraded shipping which is available for selecting at check out.
