The same as our popular BS1025S Pineapple Sconce, but as a hurricane lamp. The pineapple, a traditional symbol of hospitality, once graced colonial tables. Let this same symbol grace your wall. The sconce is of solid brass with a heavy silver plate, and is treated with an anti-tarnish finish to help maintain it's shine for years to come. The hurricane glass (included) protects flames from drafts. This sconce weighs 1 pound 13 ounces without the glass. It extends roughly 6 1/2" from the wall. Available in polished brass, or our silver or pewter finishes.Please note that at this time hanging hardware is not included with the sconces. This sconce is generally hung with a nail through a hidden opening on the back of the sconce.

We are happy to offer both our Small Clear glass or Small Crackle glass hurricane globes as free options for our hurricane lamps and sconces, in place of the standard EC1001 globes. Simply use the drop down menu provided, and the specialty glass can be chosen in place of the regular glass at no additional charge! Our beautiful Cut Glass hurricane can also be selected for an additional charge. We hope you find this option beneficial.    *Please note that the bases of the hurricane globe may come wrapped with adhesive foam to cushion and secure the glass in your hurricane socket.

While all silver plated items are treated with a finish to help prevent tarnishing, please note that periodic wiping with a soft cloth is still necessary to keep these items shining. Oxidation, which requires polishing, can still sometimes occur.
