Product Details

Please measure your candle holders very carefully prior to ordering. Even 1/8 inch difference in diameter can cause the glass to not fit. Base diameter measurements are outside edge to outside edge of the glass.

When we asked our manufacturers to help us find some patterned hurricane globes, we couldn't have been more delighted with this result! This exquisite pineapple glass will fit our standard size hurricane holders, with a base diameter of 1 3/4 inches including the adhesive foam wraps on the base. The height of this globe measures approximately 9 inches, not including the base. The globes feature cross-hatching all around, finishing with a pineapple top design. Please do note that all of our glass products are blown glass, therefore, they may vary slightly from batch to batch. Imperfections will be present, and are considered normal.

*Please note that when ordering the 1 3/4 inch diameter globes, the bases will come wrapped with adhesive foam to cushion and secure the glass in your hurricane socket. If you are ordering a smaller base diameter, we can include strips of the adhesive foam upon request. Just indicate that you would like us to include foam strips in the comments box during checkout.

Pineapples were the Early American symbol of hospitality, and are still a prevalent feature in Colonial style decor to this day. Our pineapple hurricane glass is one of a kind, and an absolutely gorgeous addition to any hurricane lamp.

Currently available with in either 1 3/4 inch or 1 5/8 (See item number EC1002 for the 1 5/8" size) inch base diameters, we plan to add this same style in a 1 1/2 inch base diameter in Summer 2011. Please check back for updated information.

	Beautiful Globe, Excellent Custormer Service
	The Pineapple pattern added a vintage look to our two crystal buffet lamps. The fitter glass was much thicker than the globes that originally came with the lamps.

	Super!
	I am so impressed with this company. Despite their warning to measure the opening on the candle holder carefully, I misjudged and ordered the wrong size. It only took a phone call with an extremely pleasant and helpful lady to get the problem quickly resolved. I sent the wrong ones back, and they sent me new a new pair right away.
