New Website Now Live!

Well, if you have been a Brass & Silver Traditions customer for any length of time at all, you are sure to notice big changes in our appearance. We have been working on upgrading our website for many months now, and today, Friday, July 15, 2010, it gives me great joy to announce that our new site is now live! There is much work still to be done, so we ask that you please bear with us as we continue to enhance and improve our site and add more data.

One of the improvements that has us especially excited is the ability to add multiple photos for each product on our site. In addition, the pictures can be much larger and of higher resolution to give you a better opportunity to view our merchandise up close. While we are adding these new and enhanced photos bit by bit, the photography takes quite some time. If there is a specific item you would like to see in more detail, please let us know and we will make that item a priority on our photo shoot list.

The photo improvements are just one of the many improvements you will find on our website, though! We now are proud to offer a Gift Registry service, as well as Wish Lists to help you track which items you like. Want something that is out of stock? Add your name to our Waiting List and you will automatically be notified when the product you want arrives back in our inventory. Page navigation is smoother, and our product search has been refined, making it easier to find the items for which you are searching.

That is a quick overview of the changes we have made. I will post again soon with details about some of our other new enhancements. We have worked hard to bring this to you, and of course our new website is still backed by our unparalleled customer service. We would love to hear from you!
